• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
• Contest is for the "new iPad" version released in March 2012.
• To participate, sign up for the Unsubscriber application using your gmail.com account.
• Contestants can live anywhere in the world to win. OtherInbox will only pay for shipping in the continental United States. The winner must pay for shipping if they want the iPad shipped outside of the continental United States.
• Only one iPad will be given away in this contest. An individual participant may win a maximum of one prize.
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Verification of your age will be required.
• By participating in this giveaway and/or accepting any prize in connection herewith, participant agrees to indemnify and hold OtherInbox and its respective patents, subsidiaries, affiliates and employees of all of the foregoing from and against any and all claims, actions, and liability for any injury, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees), disputes, and/or disability resulting from participation in this drawing and/or acceptance of any prize.
• OtherInbox employees, the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of such persons are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
• All winners are solely responsible for any local, state or federal income taxes on prizes.
• OtherInbox reserves the exclusive right, exercisable at any time, without notice, to amend, add to, delete from, alter or otherwise change these Terms and Conditions. If any provision(s) of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) should construe in compliance with law and as nearly as possible in compliance with parties’ intent.
• By participating in the giveaway, the participant acknowledges that he/she has read and fully understands the rules, terms and conditions and hereby waives, releases, discharges OtherInbox and any employees from any claims resulting from his/her participation in the Giveaway.
• Failure to comply with Terms and Conditions or give true information is immediate grounds for disqualification.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter. We hereby release Facebook and Twitter of any liability.
• This contest is void where prohibited by law. The entrant assumes the total responsibility of knowing if they are subject to any local, state or federal laws.
