What is Organizer™?
Do you get too much email? Organizer is like a personal assistant for AOL that helps you regain control of your inbox. After the spam filter gets rid of the stuff you DON’T want, Organizer automatically deals with the commercial email and social networking messages you actually DO want.
By moving them into folders so that you can read them when you have time without having them clutter up your Inbox. Your Inbox instantly gets smaller — you don’t have to do anything to configure or train it.
Organizes.
Organizer automatically organizes your Inbox every hour so you spend less time maintaining your Inbox.
Prioritizes.
Organizer immediately separates high priority emails from the lower priority ones to reduce the clutter in your inbox.
Summarizes.
Organizer summarizes all the lower priority emails into a single easy to read daily digest, maximizing your productivity.
How does Organizer™ Work?
Here are the key activities Organizer performs
Scans
We scan your Inbox to place messages from known email marketers in relevant categories. Newsletters, shipping notices, coupons, receipts and more will be archived automatically, waiting patiently in their respective folder. Deal with them on your own time.
Digests
We'll constantly keep your inbox straight and keep you posted. Every morning we send you a comprehensive digest of your organized emails. Click through to read them or get to it later. With a quick glance at the daily digest, you are up to date on all your lower priority emails!
Personalize
Organizer is great at figuring out categories of the emails you've signed up for, making your inbox smaller and more manageable so you can concentrate on emails from REAL people. But you can easily customize folders. Simply add "OIB/" to the start of any label and Organizer will learn to archive any emails you place in that folder.
Unsubscribe
Tired of those Bunco newsletters? Or worse, never even signed up for that? Organizer makes removing your email from lists easier than ever. See the folder called "OIB/Unsubscribe"? Place the offending email in there and forget about it. We'll work with the sender to ensure you are removed with any further hassle. Sorry, won't work with your Ex though!
