Nancy

Sorry for the blank emails that was a bug, that we have now fixed. When you put an email into the Unsubscribe folder we send you an email confirming that action, just in case you did something by accident. However the bug was sending out blank emails which were very confusing. We've now fixed the bug and made the developer who introduced it wear the dunce cap for a week. Sorry for the inconvenience.

not yet, we're working with Microsoft to build a solution for Hotmail. Hopefully later this year we will launch a solution.

I just subscribed to otherinbox and have put a number of emails in the Unsubscribe folder. I have also received the same number of emails FROM otherinbox, which are blank. Do I need to respond to them and why am I getting them?

I accidentally put an email into the Unsubscribe Folder.
I do not want emails from this sender to continue to go into the Unsubscribe Folder. How can I fix this? Thanks.

Lori

Someone from our excellent support team will be contacting you to talk you through the process. The Yahoo! mail version of Unsubscriber that supports the undoing of Unsubscribe requests is in the final stages for testing and will be release soon. Thanks for your patience, and look out for an email from help@otherinbox.com

I apologize if this has already been addressed.

I have several senders that I want to allow back to my inbox and not be automatically put into the unsubscribe folder. I use yahoo, I do not know if that matters but there is not a box at the bottom which can be used to correct this as is shown on the main website page for unsubscribe.

Can you run me through the process of reclaiming certain senders?

Thanks,
